What is an Improvement Roadmap?
An Improvement Roadmap is a plan created alongside a children’s care facility director and includes the goals and next steps for their home over the next six months. These roadmaps help homes to:
- Prioritize needed improvements;
- Share needs with community or government partners;
- Gain support from donors on specific needs;
- Receive consistent coaching and support;
- Report and track measurable improvements;
- Receive recognition as a quality home for children.
